It was the best of Zakopane hotels I visited before. My 1 night in Zakopane were absolutely amazing. The food was fabulous - a lot of options.
The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

I recently stayed at Residenz Polenia for a week-long getaway and I couldn't recommend this hotel more. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. We were thrilled with our spacious and impeccably clean apartment. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and the location was perfect - not on a busy street, but still just a short walk to the popular Krupowki area. The proximity to a local supermarket, Biedronka, was also a bonus. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning next year.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The location was good, just off the Gubalowka funicular, a very quiet residential area in the valley, and the bus/train station and the town centre. Greatly enjoyed the large and cosy room with balcony and the way it was setup.

Enjoyed skiing nearby, airport was conveniently close, breakfast options were abundant.
Oh how I loved parking my car in that narrow, small space. It was such a fun challenge!

We had a fantastic stay at this warm and welcoming guest house! The decor was lovely and created a cozy atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. We were a group of families and had a wonderful time exploring the area. The supermarket nearby was convenient. The owner gave us a warm welcome. Although communication in English was a bit challenging, using Google Translate helped us overcome any language barriers. we highly recommend Residenz Polenia!

My recent stay at Residenz Polenia was amazing! The apartment exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness, cleanliness, and beautiful decor. The beds and couches were incredibly comfortable, and the apartment was always warm with hot water available all the time. The location couldn't have been better, central and close to everything in Zakopane. Additionally, the free parking on-site was a great convenience. The breathtaking winter views during my walking trips in the surroundings were simply stunning. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even though their English was limited, they made me feel welcome. The breakfast was perfect with a wide variety of delicious food options. The hotel's proximity to the Zakopane park and the Gubalowka funicular made it convenient for exploring the area. I highly recommend Residenz Polenia for a perfect stay in Zakopane.

The hotel's decor was lovely, with traditional touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the lobby and dining area, were clean and well-maintained. The design of the hotel made it easy for us senior people to navigate, with wide hallways and comfortable seating areas. It was a pleasure to relax in the beautiful garden and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
I would have appreciated a grab bar in the bathroom for added safety.
